What kind of masks can u make from scratch? (from paper or anything like that)?

a bandana makes a good mask.What kind of masks can u make from scratch? (from paper or anything like that)?
i have made masks of Sculpey or Fimo


both excellent types of polymer clay.


use a styrofoam wig head orto use for a shape


create your mask (covered as smoothly as possible with tinfoil or plastic wrap.


make a similar shape and pad it for baking


create your mask and follow instructions for baking having put the mask on the tinfoil shape and having removed the plastic.





you can then paint and/ or decorate the mask as you will - (let it get cold before moving it around for this

I remeber the fine art of paper mache (Glue + water. Put some paper strips in it, make sure they're wet, and put it over the mold of your mask.) add reasonable bits of things sticking out too.





I don't think I explained the Mache thing well...





Or you could put a paper bag over your head.
