add in 1/4 cup of water and 1 whole bottle of Elmers glue mix then add newspaper strips into it pull out the strips then lay over mask plastic you can buy from WAL*MART let dry for 2 hours then add on a white coat of paint the wait dry if you dont it will smear the 2 colors of paintthen piant add feathers or any other goodie IF YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE A PAPER MASK TRY THIS?
