You can actually use anything round as long as you cover it in plastic so it will come off the mold that you use. You could use a ball, The front half of a gallon milk jug Coffee can, anything that you can get a half round form from let your mind wander. Good luck on your project. A beach ball, but the whole idea behind a balloon is easy removal....
Why do you need one anyway? Just buy one...
