What is t a good homemade recipe for a good lour and paste glue to use when making a paper mac-he mask??

i am aon a strict budget and it is best if I make this glue myself in order to get a good grade in class!! thanksWhat is t a good homemade recipe for a good lour and paste glue to use when making a paper mac-he mask??
My best guess would be to use elmers glue and water ...


or flour and water ....





you could get a bag of flour and glue for like $3 and test to see which method workds better :)
